This company are looking for part team Team Assistant experienced within the administration field ideally having spent time in a law firm. This role will be to support and assistant the solicitors within the firm with all aspects of legal administration.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Organise and plan Fee Earners workloads
  • Minimal supervision required
  • Arrange daily agenda to ensure all correspondence & dictated instructions are completed on time
  • Provide internal and external correspondence cover
  • Retain and assist with Fee Earners case loads
  • Email and travel management
  • Ensure all incoming queries are distributed and dealt with accordingly and promptly
  • Deliver top-notch client service
  • Oversee process of money in and out

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

  • Strong typing skills with speed and accuracy
  • Self-motivated
  • Positive and friendly person happy to be working in team
  • Excellent time keeping and great communication skills
  • Proficient IT skills - Microsoft Office
  • Able to work well individually
