We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a supermarket refurbishment in the Hythe area. This is a temporary position with a duration of 14 weeks. Previous experience working on supermarkets is essential. This is working nights and the shift pattern will be Sunday to Thursday. The start date of this project is 6th April.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the banking project.
• Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid,
