- Manage and maintain schedules, including BD, social media, and events calendars.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Create and edit content for newsletters, social media, email, and promotional materials.
- Manage company social media platforms and update the website.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to support campaigns.
- Organise and coordinate events, liaising with suppliers and managing logistics.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Support the Marketing team with administrative and ad hoc tasks.
- Previous experience within a marketing apprentice or assistant role is advantageous.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Excel, SharePoint, social media platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, InDesign) is beneficial but not essential.
