- Coordinate and maintain marketing schedules, including BD, social media, and event calendars.
- Assist in planning, delivering, and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Create and proofread content for newsletters, social media, emails, and print materials.
- Manage updates on company social media platforms and website.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to support strategic decisions.
- Support event planning, supplier coordination, and logistics.
- Use analytics tools to track and report campaign performance.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team.
- Previous experience in a marketing assistant/apprenticeship role is a plus, but not essential.
- Exceptionally organised, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, SharePoint, Canva, or InDesign is desirable (but we’re happy to train the right person!).
