Paid Social Specialist - Colchester - Flexible Hybrid Working - £35,000-£45,000

Cloudscope are recruiting a Paid Social Specialist on behalf of a leading digital marketing agency based in Colchester. Our client is backed by a tech consultancy with global reach, working with varied and exciting clients, both nationally and internationally. We’re seeking an individual with proven experience in the paid social media space, experience in display is also preferred. You will have experience working with LinkedIn, X and Facebook, along with tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. This is a hybrid remote position, 1-3 days in the office per week.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage paid media campaigns for a range of clients (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn & TikTok)
  • Creation of ad copy and ad assets
  • Management of organic pages including post creation, scheduling and community management
  • Monitor and grow campaigns, optimising where necessary and produce weekly/monthly reports
  • Working with Account Managers to manage client communication is satisfactory
  • Website analytics and analysis - providing client insights and recommendations as well as tagging websites for tracking and conversions with various tools (GA, GTM, GCM etc)
  • Analysis of industry issues and make recommendations based on this analysis

The Candidate:

  • Experience of developing and managing campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, X & LinkedIn
  • Experience in writing copy and creating assets
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Experience of successfully setting up and running display media campaigns, especially within programmatic
  • Experience of implementing and using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
