Senior Marketing Executive

Your new companyA manufacturer in Colchester is searching for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their growing team. Your new roleReporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help to develop campaigns and execute the Marketing plan, focusing on building a strong lead generation programme for the sales team and growing the business. This will include but is not limited to:

• Ensure consistent brand and corporate imaging in all areas
• Monitor leads from the website and monitor and manage marketing email inbox to process leads to the relevant sales representative
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Create a desire in the market for our products and services
• Manage social media platforms, namely LinkedIn and Facebook, building brand awareness through developing and scheduling engaging content that builds followers
• Develop and execute email prospecting campaigns and identify and score lead opportunities for the sales team
• Coordinate Ad campaigns on Google and/or LinkedIn to align with outreach email campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Track customer journey throughout all touchpoints: social, web, email etc and analyse conversion metrics to maximise engagement and generate better quality leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Monitoring stock of marketing gifts and collateral, sending packs out to customers

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a B2B Marketing role
• Ability to use various marketing tools such as Mailchimp/Pipedrive, Hootsuite/Buffer, Sales Navigator/Apollo, WordPress, Google Analytics and Adobe Suite.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Creative and proactive approach

What you'll get in return

• 22 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays. This increases by 1 day per year after 2 years, up to 25 days.
• Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)

• Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm.
