Your new companyA growing B2B manufacturer in Colchester is searching for a Marketing Executive to join their growing team. Your new roleReporting to the Marketing Manager, you will help to develop campaigns and execute the Marketing plan, focusing on building a strong lead generation programme for the sales team and growing the business. This will include but is not limited to:
- Ensure consistent brand and corporate imaging in all areas
- Monitor leads from the website and monitor and manage marketing email inbox to process leads to the relevant sales representative
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Create a desire in the market for our products and services
- Manage social media platforms, namely LinkedIn and Facebook, building brand awareness through developing and scheduling engaging content that builds followers
- Develop and execute email prospecting campaigns and identify and score lead opportunities for the sales team
- Coordinate Ad campaigns on Google and/or LinkedIn to align with outreach email campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Track customer journey throughout all touchpoints: social, web, email etc and analyse conversion metrics to maximise engagement and generate better quality leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Monitoring stock of marketing gifts and collateral, sending packs out to customers
What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in a Marketing role is essential, with the ability to use various digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp/Pipedrive, Hootsuite/Buffer, Sales Navigator/Apollo, WordPress, Google Analytics and Adobe Suite. It is key that you have strong experience in SEO. You will also need excellent communication skills and a creative and pro-active approach. What you'll get in return
- 30 days annual leave. This increases by 1 day per year after 2 years, up to 33 days.
- £40,000 per annum (DOE)
