What You'll Do
- Repair and modify injection mould tools
- Design and manufacture new mould tools
- Operate workshop machinery, including mills, lathes, grinders, spark eroders, and wire eroders
- Read engineering drawings and make them reality
- Tackle projects that genuinely contribute to the growth of the business
What You'll Need
- A proven track record in toolmaking, with solid experience in machining, grinding, and manual bench work
- Injection mould tool expertise is a must
- Skilled in manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders) and spark eroders. Wire eroder experience is a bonus-training provided if needed
- Confident with CAD (ideally SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and some exposure to CAD/CAM systems
- CNC milling experience (Mazak, Mazatrol, Bridgeport, Heidenhain)
- But most of all, you'll need the curiosity to learn and the ambition to grow
