What You'll Do as a Production Test Manager:
- Develop and implement electronic test strategies and procedures
- Lead and support the test team, managing performance and motivation
- Oversee test system design, ensuring accuracy and reliability
- Define production test requirements and validate new electronic products
- Work with R&D, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues
- Monitor test performance and drive process improvements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage testing schedules, resources, and budgets
What You'll Need:
- Higher-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
- Experience in electronic testing, manufacturing, or R&D
- Knowledge of electronic test methodologies, tools, and equipment
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 9001, IPC)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Understanding of High Voltage test requirements is a plus
