Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Colchester

Basic Salary up to £40,000 DoE OTE of £60,000+ in year 1 (Uncapped commission scheme) We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Adviser to come on board and join their company offices in Colchester.   • Basic Salary up to £40,000 (DoE)

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer services expectations
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties
  • Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
  • Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress free experience
  • Stay up to date with the mortgage market and latest trends
 Skills and experience for this Mortgage and Protection Adviser role
  • Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years’ experience minimum
  • Good track record of achieving and exceeding cross sales; ensuring clients are adequately protected
  • Ability to generate new business in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Ability to put the customer first at all times
  • Full UK driving licence
