Basic Salary up to £40,000 DoE OTE of £60,000+ in year 1 (Uncapped commission scheme) We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Adviser to come on board and join their company offices in Colchester. - Basic Salary up to £40,000 (DoE)

- Competitive uncapped commission structure scaling up to 22.5%

- Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer services expectations
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties
- Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
- Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress free experience
- Stay up to date with the mortgage market and latest trends
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- 2 years’ experience minimum
- Good track record of achieving and exceeding cross sales; ensuring clients are adequately protected
- Ability to generate new business in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ability to put the customer first at all times
- Full UK driving licence
