We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of Music to join our thriving Music Department at a mixed secondary school in the heart of Colchester. The Music Department is a dynamic and exciting place, offering students a rich and diverse musical education. With a strong uptake of students in GCSE Music, A Level Music, and A Level Music Technology, and weekly lessons for all students at KS3, we are committed to delivering high-quality music education across the school.

As a Teacher of Music at our Colchester school, you will play a key role in maintaining and furthering the success of a department that not only delivers a strong academic curriculum but also fosters a love for music through a range of extracurricular activities, including ensembles, concerts, school productions, and instrumental lessons.

Key Responsibilities:
