Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference? Our client, a leading nursing home, is seeking a dedicated RGN to join their team. This is a NIGHTS position working 2 nights per week Tuesday and Sunday with an hourly rate of £23.

Our client is a well-established provider of specialist care services, focusing on learning disabilities, dementia, elderly care, end of life, and mental health. This home provides residential and nursing care, and specialises in high dependency, intermediate and long-term palliative care and end of life care.


As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading clinical care for nursing home residents on a shift basis.
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical care plans.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and translating them into reports.
  • Overseeing nutrition, hydration, infection control, and daily living activities.
  • Providing direction and support to colleagues and healthcare support staff.
  • Managing diabetes, wound care, and end-of-life care planning.
  • Conducting medication reviews and competency assessments.
