Administrator - Temporary for 3 Months

Are you a strong Administrator, looking to work for a well-established with an immediate start?

This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Workforce Administrator to join a company based in Colchester on a temporary basis. Hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week and will pay a salary of £13.50 per hour. This role offers hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 days working from home).

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Being the point of contact for enquiries via email or telephone for employees regarding benefits and pensions
  • Supporting with all the administration, such as updating letters and forms regarding pensions and benefit schemes
  • Working with payroll providers to resolve any issues
  • Contacting external payroll providers as necessary to raise and manage complaints
  • Compiling data and creating spreadsheet reports using Excel and ensuring these are up-to-date
  • Attending meetings when required
  • Monitoring applications and online benefits and liaising with online benefit providers regarding issues
  • Providing support to the People Services team with payroll processing
  • Supporting with general office duties such as post/franking letters, filing, scanning, photo copying, etc.
  • Remaining up to date with NHS and external Pension changes including any changes to T's & C's

To be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with strong attention to detail. You must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment and have excellent time management skills. You must also be a strong communicator, with a professional telephone manner and can start immediately or within a short notice period.
