Job OverviewAbout the Company:Our client is a family-run commercial organisation, providing nationwide services across over 1000 sites, including MOD contracts, NHS facilities, military sites, and even locations as far north as Loch Ness. Role Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive Administrator to join a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the team with day-to-day operations, managing schedules, creating reports, and handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You鈥檒l be an all-rounder who is able to multitask, take initiative, and adapt to various duties, even when provided with minimal instruction.

Key Responsibilities:路 Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and staff shifts路 Prepare reports, graphs, and data analysis using advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.)路 Assist with coordinating between various departments and sites路 Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and phone/email correspondence路 Work closely with the commercial manager and director to ensure smooth operations路 Support project scheduling and ensure timelines are met路 Contribute to a positive, open, and humorous office atmosphere路 Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all projects and contracts路 Learn and shadow other departments for broader knowledge of the business

Ideal Candidate:路 Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and creating complex reports)路 Strong multitasking and organisational skills路 A self-starter who is comfortable working with limited guidance路 Previous experience working in a commercial environment路 Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with a relaxed yet focused work environment路 A good sense of humour and the ability to fit into a close-knit team

Requirements:路 Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel路 Experience in scheduling and organising, with a keen eye for detail路 A positive attitude, reliable, and hardworking路 Experience with SimPRO or similar systems is a bonus
