HR Administrator

Immediate Start Only - 6 months Temporary Contract

£14 - £16 per hour

NEAR STANWAY (Hybrid role)

Due to my client's location, you MUST be a car driver with access to your own vehicle and you must be able to start work immediately.

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a HR Administrator (with an immediate start) to join their team on a 6 month temporary basis. Working for a global engineering company, you will work closely with the HR team, supporting them on administrational tasks and recruitment based duties.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide accurate and timely HR administration support to the HR team and business.
  • Supporting the team on Recruitment by sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Assisting with contracts and offer letters, ensuring they are sent out when requested.
  • Attending meetings and acting as note taker when required
  • Organising training, setting up training rooms and maintaining the internal training matrix and portal and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed.
  • Onboarding administration tasks set by the HR Manager.
  • Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email.
  • Responding to general enquiries.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a HR admin/Recruitment Admin role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Ability to work well within a team and able to keep self-motivated.
  • Must be a car driver due to the location.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and taking the initiative to ensure tasks are complete on time to a high standard
  • Experience using MS Office systems.
