Join a leading trust in Essex as an HR Administrator. You will be instrumental in delivering recruitment, selection, onboarding, and maintaining our HR Information System (HRIS).
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including writing job packs, collating applications, and arranging interviews.
- Prepare employment offers and contracts, ensuring efficient pre-employment checks.
- Liaise with IT for staff IT amendments including new starter logins and account closures.
- Handle changes during the employee lifecycle such as DBS renewal and contract adjustments.
- Process employee sickness and absence, supporting with absence management.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate HR folders, personnel files, and HRIS.
- Support the monthly payroll process, ensuring all HRIS changes are accurately inputted.
- Manage HR email mailboxes and maintain HR trackers.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR in handling people-related matters.
- Collaborate effectively within the team and across the organisation to maintain standards and procedures.
- Experience in an HR administrative / officer role.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR Information Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational skills, ability to work proactively, and under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
