We are working with a wonderful Essex based charity with their immediate need for temporary support to fulfil the role of HR Administrator. This role has arisen due to an internal move and they need someone to join the team to work closely with the Head of People and Culture.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Monitoring the HR email mailbox for incoming enquiries
  • Supporting stakeholders with recruitment and selection
  • Preparing offers and contracts of employment, including pre-employment checks
  • Update changes on the HRiS. Previous experience of People First would be ideal, but experience of working with an HRiS system is essential
  • Work collaboratively with other departments in the charity
