- Handle starters, leavers any changes to contracts.
- Preparing payroll reports.
- Ensure payments are processed accurately.
- Maintain compliance throughout.
- Support the wider payroll team.
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager on projects.
- Extensive experience in UK payroll.
- Experience in professional services is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll practices, legislation, PAYE, NI, and all components of payslips.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines while delivering results.
- Collaborative team player with a focus on process improvements and ownership of tasks.
