Job Title: Payroll AdvisorLocation: Colchester/Hybrid  JGA and I are exclusively partnered with fantastic client, currently seeking a senior payroll professional to join their team on a 12m FTC.  Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll and benefits processing.
  • Handle starters, leavers any changes to contracts.
  • Preparing payroll reports.
  • Ensure payments are processed accurately.
  • Maintain compliance throughout.
  • Support the wider payroll team.
  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager on projects.
What You Will Bring
  • Extensive experience in UK payroll.
  • Experience in professional services is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll practices, legislation, PAYE, NI, and all components of payslips.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines while delivering results.
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on process improvements and ownership of tasks.
