Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the maintenance and monitoring of the time and attendance systems
- Ensuring starters and leavers are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Oversee and reconcile CIS payments
- Monthly payroll accruals, raise monthly journals
- Monthly HMRC reconciliation -
- Processing of deductions as required
- Ensures that payroll consistently reflects up to date legislation and best practice
- Maintains and improves payroll policies and processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Person specification
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with individual across departments
- A fast learner with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and previous experience of a busy environment.
