We are seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to join a social housing contract in Colchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in occupied properties.Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
- Proven experience as a plumber.
- Own van and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
