My client, a thriving FMCG business with an office in Colchester, is looking to recruit a dedicated Compliance Technologist to join their Quality department. As a Compliance Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations meet all regulatory standards and requirements. To ensure the success of our hiring process, we kindly request the following job requirements:

• Experience and qualification in a compliance or quality assurance role, ideally within the food industry.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to assess and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments to maintain compliance.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to identify and address compliance issues.
• Support delivery of BRC and Customer Audits.
• Produce Product Specifications, customer questionnaires and other customer compliance as required
• Support as a member on the HACCP team
• Conduct supplier approvals
• Support QA Manager as required
