Assure Personnel are pleased to be supporting a fantastic local business to recruit a Quality Controller to join their team. This role will require you to work collaboratively within the organisation in a positive, supportive and proactive manner.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for control checks on all products
  • Responsible for filling in QC paperwork
  • Ensuring all deviations and errors are rectified proper to manufacture and delivery
  • Leading by example and motivating the workforce to guarantee the highest quality of workmanship and efficiency in order to achieve the daily production requirements
  • The Quality Controller must be able to respond to daily challenges, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

Qualifications Required

  • Experienced background in Quality Control, ideally within manufacturing or construction
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • A strong work ethic
  • Knowledge in Precast would be advantageous
