Our client is looking for a Harvest Supervisor to join their team!

About the role: As the Harvest Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Harvest Manager to keep our harvest operations running smoothly and efficiently every day. From supervising the outdoor harvest teams to crop walking and quality checks, your role will be essential in ensuring top-notch produce.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the outdoor harvest teams.
  • Crop walk and assess all outdoor crops for quality and readiness.
  • Get involved in trials and reviews of different crop varieties.
  • Communicate effectively with the Harvest and Operations Managers.
  • Support the Harvest Manager with budgeting.
  • Manage team productivity.

About you:
