We are currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to join our dynamic team, where full training will be provided, and we will even sponsor additional training to help you develop your career further.

As a Junior Property Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day management of 150 residential and commercial properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with some prior experience (ideally 12 months) in lettings or property management who are looking to take the next step and further enhance their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the management of 150 properties, including both residential and commercial units
  • Assisting with tenant communication, arranging repairs, and responding to maintenance requests
  • Conducting property inspections and ensuring properties are compliant with regulations
  • Managing the administration of tenancy agreements, renewals, and other documentation
  • Assisting with rent collection, arrears management, and other property management tasks
  • Occasionally conducting site visits, with potential hybrid working arrangements after training

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally, 12 months' experience in lettings or property management
  • A proactive and professional approach to customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A desire to learn and develop within the property management field
  • Full training and professional development will be provided, including sponsorship for further qualifications
