This role involves market research, property acquisition, and building strong relationships with landlords, developers, and industry professionals.

- Property Acquisition
- Source residential and commercial properties suitable for sale or rental.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of properties in high-demand areas.
- On & Off Market Sales
- Identify opportunities for landlords to utilize on and off-market services.
- Carry out appraisals and oversee marketing and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with estate agents, letting agents, and marketing teams.
- Manage lead pipelines and prospecting through CRM systems.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and nurture relationships with landlords, developers, and property vendors.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve the best outcomes.
- Represent the business at networking events to build connections.
- Develop partnerships with accountants, solicitors, and other professionals.
- Market & Industry Knowledge
- Stay informed on property market trends, legislation, and competitor activity.
- Identify gaps in the market and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaboration & Compliance
- Work alongside estate agents, letting agents, and internal teams to align sourcing strategies.
- Ensure all properties meet legal and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Continue professional development through training and self-learning.

- Proven experience in property sourcing, estate agency or property investment
- Strong knowledge of the Essex & Suffolk property market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- An existing network of industry contacts.
- Understanding of property regulations and compliance standards.
