- On & Off Market Sales
- Identify opportunities for landlords to utilize on and off-market services.
- Carry out appraisals and oversee marketing and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with estate agents, letting agents, and marketing teams.
- Manage lead pipelines and prospecting through CRM systems.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and nurture relationships with landlords, developers, and property vendors.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve the best outcomes.
- Represent the business at networking events to build connections.
- Develop partnerships with accountants, solicitors, and other professionals.
- Market & Industry Knowledge
- Stay informed on property market trends, legislation, and competitor activity.
- Identify gaps in the market and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaboration & Compliance
- Work alongside estate agents, letting agents, and internal teams to align sourcing strategies.
- Ensure all properties meet legal and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
