If you are experienced in property valuations, self-motivated and have the ability to win listings, this role could be for you!
Our clients, a highly respected and successful Estate Agency in the Colchester area, are currently looking to employ a Valuer to join their team.
The successful Valuer will be offered:
- Upto £23,000 basic
- £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
- Individual and team commission
- 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
- Company Car
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
- Every Saturday 09:00 – 16:00
- Lieu day in week.
Valuer requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working within property valuations
- Proven track history of winning instructions
- Ability to work within a team, as well as, on an individual basis
- Being an ambitious and self-motivated individual
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- A full UK driving license
As a Valuer your role will include but not be limited to:
- Winning Instructions
- Generating Valuations
- Provide accurate market valuations based on market data
- Build relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all efforts are achieved to successfully secure a sale.
