With several successful tenders secured, including two major schemes worth 40 million, we are looking for a dedicated Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee these projects in Essex.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Quantity Surveying, with at least 2 years in a Managing or Senior role.
• Sector Knowledge: Strong background in the Highways sector, with experience handling multi-million pound projects.
• Technical Skills: Highly proficient in the NEC Suite of Contracts.
