Are you a Managing Quantity Surveyor seeking an exciting new challenge? Our client, a top-tier contractor renowned for their success in the Highways sector, is expanding their Commercial Team. With several successful tenders secured, including two major schemes worth 40 million, we are looking for a dedicated Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee these projects in Essex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple schemes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Contract Expertise: Utilise your proficiency with the NEC Suite of Contracts to navigate and manage project agreements effectively.


Ideal Candidate

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Quantity Surveying, with at least 2 years in a Managing or Senior role.
  • Sector Knowledge: Strong background in the Highways sector, with experience handling multi-million pound projects.
  • Technical Skills: Highly proficient in the NEC Suite of Contracts.
