QUANTITY SURVEYOR

ESSEX

O'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading Tier 1 Contractor, who have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a 6-12 month contract on a project based in Essex.

The project for this position is a £40m new build leisure centre, consisting of a gym, swimming pool, gymnastics studio, and more exciting facilities. You will be site based full time with a commercial team and report directly into the Lead Quantity Surveyor.

Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will be cost management, price variations and subcontractor accounts. It would be highly beneficial to have worked on a leisure centre project previously.

This role will suit Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, and main contractor building experience.
