Our client, a large construction business based in Colchester, are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Agree final accounts with Contractors and Clients.
- Help to ensure finances are controlled and that projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Work with other design team members to help inform the design from a cost perspective; prepare an updated monthly project cash flow if required.
- Assess tenders and make recommendations to clients by providing a tender analysis.
- Ensure that time spent on projects is recorded.
Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Degree in Quantity surveying
- Knowledge of building regulations
