?? Your Role:
  • Take full ownership of the Wivenhoe area, using a generous marketing budget to generate leads and appraisals

  • Conduct valuations and convert them to instructions

  • Oversee your instructions from listing to completion, supported by a nearby super-hub office with negotiators, sales progression and admin teams

  • Strategically build your local profile through community networking, canvassing and digital marketing

  • Deliver a 5-star customer experience that leads to referrals and repeat business

? What You’ll Need:
  • Live in or very close to Wivenhoe
  • 2-3+ years of Estate Agency experience (valuations experience essential)

  • A passion for customer service and a strong desire to run your own patch

  • Self-motivation, drive, and excellent communication skills

  • A full UK driving licence
