We are seeking a high-calibre Estate Agent Partner to join our clients leading independent estate agency. This unique role combines the flexibility of a self-employed model with the benefits of full employment, offering an exciting opportunity for experienced estate agents to manage and grow their own area.

Main Purpose of the Role:

As an Estate Agent Partner, you will be instrumental in building and developing our estate agency profile within a designated core area. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making strategic decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing.
  • Developing business contacts within local constituencies to enhance referrals and expand the estate agency network.
  • Valuing properties and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions using a substantial marketing budget.
  • Overseeing instructions to completion, while leveraging support from a nearby super hub office equipped with sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Drive business generation by building local relationships and marketing your personal brand.
  • Provide end-to-end customer service from valuation to completion of sale.
  • Utilise the support from our local property centre and access industry-leading technology and marketing resources to boost brand awareness locally.
  • Manage your own diary to offer customer support at times that suit them best.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years+ experience in estate agency.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to be the best estate agent in your area.
  • Proven track record of business generation and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly from home and in an office environment.
