What You’ll Do:
As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be a key player in our busy office, supporting the manager and colleagues to sell and let properties effectively. Your role will involve:
- Marketing Properties: Create compelling property details using company software, categorise applicants, and maximise our presence through various channels.
- Client Interaction: Advise clients on market conditions, manage viewings, and provide feedback within company policy timeframes.
- Sales Support: Upsell conveyancing and financial services and facilitate connections with financial advisors.
- Compliance and Administration: Conduct AML checks, secure necessary IDs, and manage tenant referencing to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.

- Stay Informed: Attend industry conventions, seminars, and webinars to stay up-to-date with market trends and legislation.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in events and training sessions to enhance your professional knowledge and skills.
Client Care and Teamwork:

- Licenced Driver: Full clean driving license required.
