This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, dynamic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator who is looking to forge a career with an established independent Estate Agency in Colchester.

Familiarity with the local area would be a distinct advantage.

- Experienced residential lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Colchester and surrounding areas helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
