My client is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join a hugely successful and expanding company based in the Colchester area. Ideally, they are looking for someone who has a minimum of 1 year's experience in property sales within either estate agency or new homes.
This role is predominantly office-based, working in a fast paced and collaborative team.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 1 in 6 Saturday's
My client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
- Up to £30,000 Basic
- Realistic OTE £34,000

Sales Negotiator requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience within estate agency or new homes sales
- Highly driven and passionate
- Ability to work individually, as well as, part of a wider team
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Key tasks for the Sales Negotiator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Booking valuations and turning leads into clients
- Building relationships with both the developers and the estate agents
- Negotiating the price of homes to attain the best deals for the client and the customer
- Expected to collaborate with your team to hit the targets.
