Role Overview:- Location: Colchester
- OTE: £30,000 + uncapped commission structure
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a day off during the week when working on Saturdays)
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Property Viewings & Valuations: Book and generate property viewings, conduct property valuations.
- Negotiation & Lettings Process: Negotiate property lets, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and timely.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to spot potential sales opportunities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers.
- Feedback: Attend property viewings and provide feedback to customers.
- Experience: 2-3 years of previous experience in Lettings or Estate Agency.
- IT Skills: Proficient with MS Office packages.
- Valuation Experience (desirable): Ideally, experience in Lettings Valuation.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
