Role Overview:
  • Location: Colchester
  • OTE: £30,000 + uncapped commission structure
  • Working Hours:
    • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
    • Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
    • Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a day off during the week when working on Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Property Viewings & Valuations: Book and generate property viewings, conduct property valuations.
  • Negotiation & Lettings Process: Negotiate property lets, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and timely.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to spot potential sales opportunities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers.
  • Feedback: Attend property viewings and provide feedback to customers.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of previous experience in Lettings or Estate Agency.
  • IT Skills: Proficient with MS Office packages.
  • Valuation Experience (desirable): Ideally, experience in Lettings Valuation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
