Commercial Property Manager requirements:

  • Have experience working with commercial software
  • Understanding of commercial legislation

Key tasks for the Commercial Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Track and chase rents and arrears
  • Manage Service Charges
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the department.
  • Deal with day-to-day landlord and tenant issues
