The company operates across various property domains, including residential agency, commercial ventures, lettings, financial services, professional survey work, new builds, and land development. Hours of Work
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
Once fully competent in the role and after successfully completing the probation period, two days hybrid working will be available.
Candidate Requirements:
- Have an understanding and experience of relevant commercial legislation including Landlord and Tenant Act law
- Liaise with clients and potential clients
- Have experience of commercial property software
- Deal with landlord and tenant issues
- Undertake property inspections
- Manage works and contractors
- Track and chase rent collection and arrears
- Manage and reconcile service charges
- Maintain and fully update property records
- Ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Location
The main office is based in Colchester; however, we are looking to expand the team outside of the Colchester area across Essex.
