Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience within property sales - new homes - 2 years minimum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle negotiations and overcome objections.
- Professional and courteous, with a pro-active hands-on approach to all tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
