Working hours:

Monday to Friday

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:

Full UK driving licence
Minimum of 12 months experience within property management
Ambitious and highly driven
Strong IT skills
A team player
Good communication skills; both written and verbal
Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential

Key tasks for the Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

Oversee property management duties, ensuring smooth operations
Liaise with contractors, landlords, and tenants to resolve issues promptly
Manage check-ins and check-outs
Conduct rent reviews and address deposit issues
Provide general property management support to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
