The role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 basic, depending on experience, along with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Property Management and a strong focus on customer service.
The position includes responsibilities such as conducting property inspections, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring compliance with legislation.

As a Property Manager, your duties will include:

Arranging and conducting check-ins and check-outs• Carrying out property inspections and inventories• Providing outstanding customer service to both Landlords and Tenants• Ensuring maintenance issues are addressed quickly and keeping customers informed• Ensuring properties are fully compliant with legislation

Requirements for the role of a Property Manager:

Candidates must have recent experience in Property Management (2 years minimum)
Appetite for continuous learning
Exceptionally Organised
Works accurately and at a speed
Able to work under pressure
Positive disposition
Team player
Driven and self-motivated
Must hold a full driver's license
