Property Manager

Your Role:As a Property Manager, you'll get hands-on experience managing residential and commercial properties. You'll have the chance to grow into the role with full support, learning the ins and outs of property management while making a positive impact on tenants and ensuring properties stay in great shape.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lease Management: You'll help show properties, process applications, and assist with lease signings, building up your property management knowledge.
• Tenant Relations: Be the main point of contact for tenants, addressing queries and resolving any issues in a professional, friendly way.
• Property Maintenance: You'll assist in coordinating maintenance and repairs, learning how to manage day-to-day upkeep of properties.
• Keeping Things Running Smoothly: You'll support with regular inspections, rent collection, and administrative tasks to ensure everything stays organized.
• Learning & Growing: As you gain experience, you'll take on more responsibility and get the opportunity to learn how to manage budgets and optimize property performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Lettings: If you've worked in lettings or have any experience within estate agencies, you're a great fit for this role! This is a fantastic chance to build on your existing knowledge and make the transition into property management.
• People Person: You're approachable and confident in handling tenant inquiries, ensuring their needs are met.
• Detail-Oriented: You're organized and have great attention to detail, ready to tackle a variety of tasks each day.
• Positive Attitude: A can-do approach to learning new things and the enthusiasm to develop your skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with property management software like Yardi or AppFolio would be beneficial, but it's not essential. We're happy to help you learn!
