Our client a well-respected, award-winning estate agency is actively seeking a Block Manager to join our client's close-knit team in Colchester.

If you have 2 years of experience in Lettings and looking to make the switch to property management then this could be the role for you!

Working hours:

  • As a Block Manager, you’ll be required to work Full-Time
  • 5 day working week

The successful Block Manager will be offered:

  • Up to £32,000
  • Access to a pool car for site visits,
  • Hybrid Working (3 days in the office/2 days at home or out of the office)

To be considered for the Block Manager role you must have:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience within lettings or 1 year in property management
  • Full and Clean Driving License
  • Personable and can build rapport with key stakeholders

As a Block Manager, your role will involve:

  • Regular Site Visits
  • Set and manage service charge budgets
  • Oversee contractors
  • Manage your portfolio with a customer service focus
  • Ensure your portfolio is compliant and up to date with the correct legislation
