We are partnering with a market-leading firm who are currently looking for an experienced property professional with valuing experience to join their team. They are looking to add a Sales Valuer to their team in order to continue to cement their brand in the local area of Colchester.

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered: 

  • Basic Salary: Up to £25,000 Depending on Experience

Sales Valuer requirements: 

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A strong desire to be successful
  • Highly personable 
  • Must process a full driver license
  • Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer or Branch Manager level

Key duties for the Sales Valuer position will include: 

  • Provide accurate market valuations for clients
  • Booking market appraisals
  • Driving market share
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
  • Build relationships with clients
