Senior Lettings Negotiator - Colchester

OTE: £30,000 + Additional uncapped commission structure

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our teams in Colchester. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating Lets, and managing the day-to-day operations of our estate agency. You will be the face of our business and the primary point of contact for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Generate and book property viewings
  • Conduct Valuations
  • Negotiate property lets and ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner
  • Attend property viewings and provide customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and legislation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Lettings and estate agency 2-3 years
  • IT Proficient and familiar with MS Office packages
  • Ideally have some Lettings Valuation experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Hours are 8.30am - 6.00pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 5.30pm Friday and Saturdays 9-5 (when Saturdays are worked a day is taken off in the week)
