Senior Lettings Negotiator - Colchester
OTE: £30,000 + Additional uncapped commission structure
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our teams in Colchester. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating Lets, and managing the day-to-day operations of our estate agency. You will be the face of our business and the primary point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Generate and book property viewings
- Conduct Valuations
- Negotiate property lets and ensure that all processes are completed in a timely manner
- Attend property viewings and provide customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Monitor market trends to identify potential sales opportunities
- Keep up to date with industry developments and legislation
Requirements
- Previous experience in Lettings and estate agency 2-3 years
- IT Proficient and familiar with MS Office packages
- Ideally have some Lettings Valuation experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Hours are 8.30am - 6.00pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 5.30pm Friday and Saturdays 9-5 (when Saturdays are worked a day is taken off in the week)
