Responsibilities included in the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Trainee Valuer:
- Conduct viewings and follow up with clients
- Work effectively under pressure
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Carry out property valuations and canvass for new business
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in person
Requirements for the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator/Trainee Valuer:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator in the estate agency sector
- Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused approach
- A positive, driven attitude and a strong work ethic
- In-depth knowledge of the Colchester property market
- A team-oriented mindset and a collaborative work style
- A full UK driving license
