Health & Safety Administrator

Bennett and Game are representing a UK leading Consultancy based in Colchester who are looking for a Health & Safety Administrator. With nearly 100 years of experience and multiple offices across the UK, our client has gained an excellent reputation within the industry.

They are offering a starting salary of up to 28,000 in addition to a range of benefits including hybrid working, bonus schemes, generous annual leave, private healthcare, paid training / progression plans and professional fees

• Addressing client and project requirements.
• Providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with health and safety (H&S) regulations.
• Managing H&S measures during the planning and preparation stages of all construction phases.
• Completing administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication through appropriate channels.
• Collaborating with clients to ensure project delivery aligns with CDM regulations.

• Familiarity with legislation relevant to the construction industry, including CDM and health and safety, is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH Construction, TechIOSH) will be provided as part of the role.
• Understanding of construction industry terminology.
• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English at grade C or above.
• Proficient in advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.

• Salary: 25,000 to 28,000
• Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri
• Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays and additional days accrued with service.
