Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum ( plus commission )
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the construction division
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various construction roles
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies within the construction sector
- Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment staff
- Collaborate with the management team to establish and lead a new division within the company
Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience within the construction sector
- Strong understanding of construction industry roles and requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and results-driven approach
- Experience in starting and leading a new division is preferred
