TITLE: General Manager - No Evenings
COMPANY PROFILE:
I am proud to be representing this client who is a busy establishment severing fresh food to a high standard. This high end cafe is a family-owned business whom are currently looking to hire a general manager to join their team. This client is going from strength to strength and looking to continue its expansion so you would be joining at an opportunistic time being able to grow with the company.
GENERAL MANAGER POSITION:Working in conjunction with the owner as general manager you will be expected to ensure a smooth running of front of house operations. As a general manager you will need to be:
路Experienced in a similar role - at least at a supervisory level.
路Have good leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage team members
路Have bar and barista experience
路Experienced in training and developing junior members of the team with a desire to expand their knowledge in efforts to give guests an excellent service.
路Strong attention to detail
路Passionate about hospitality and driven to provide an exceptional service.
路Have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify areas of the business that need improving/changing to encourage revenue growth.
